Bridges Investment Management, Inc. is a full service investment management firm located in Omaha, Nebraska. Bridges Investment Management, Inc. traces its roots to 1945 when Marvin W. Bridges, Sr. became the first investment adviser in Nebraska and the 208th in the country to register under the Investment Advisor Act of 1940. The Firm is currently headed by Edson L. (Ted) Bridges III. The Firm's clients include high net worth individuals, corporate retirement plans and charitable organizations. The Firm employs a growth oriented investment style which seeks to invest capital in companies that achieve above average returns on equity and earnings per share growth versus the S&P 500.

The Firm's growth oriented equity investment philosophy is predicated on the principle that over the long term, strong company financial performance in the form of rising cash flow and earnings drives increasing equity valuations.
